One Chance, One File

With a single embassy for the whole country, the file that goes to Islamabad has to be right the first time.

1 embassyin Islamabad — the filing point for all of Pakistan

Every visa application from Pakistan goes through the Embassy of Spain in Islamabad — and a returned file means new certificates, new stamps and a new appointment, often months of them. That is why the order of operations is everything: the character certificate that ages fastest is ordered last, the NADRA records and HEC-attested degrees first, and every MOFA stamp and sworn translation is checked before anything is booked. Building files that are right the first time is exactly what we do.

  • Pick your route

Student, HSW, DNV or NLV — the two-minute eligibility check tells you which fits, and what it will ask of you.

  • Gather the records

NADRA documents, HEC-attested degrees, financial evidence — the slow, stable documents come first.

  • Stamps & translations

The character certificate timed last, MOFA apostille or attestation per document, sworn Spanish translations covering every stamp.

  • File in Islamabad

Appointment booked and the file prepared to the embassy's current requirements, then decision & move.

Financial thresholds are set by the Spanish government and updated yearly — your case manager confirms the current figures before anything is filed.

What's Different Applying From Pakistan

  • Your criminal record is the police character certificate

Issued for your district of residence, and it has to match your CNIC address. It ages quickly, so it is ordered at the right moment in the sequence — not first.

  • Your civil records are the NADRA versions

Family Registration Certificate, birth and marriage records — Spain's embassy expects the NADRA-issued documents, not union council paper alone.

  • Legalisation runs through MOFA

Pakistan joined the Apostille Convention in 2023, and MOFA in Islamabad handles the apostille or attestation each document needs. Which route applies still varies by document — your case manager confirms the current one before anything is stamped.

  • The sworn translation must include every stamp

Every word of the document, the attestation and the apostille. English or Urdu originals both need sworn Spanish translations, and they are included in our service fee.

  • One filing point for the whole country

Visa applications go through the Embassy of Spain in Islamabad, wherever in Pakistan you live — so appointments, travel and document timing all need to be planned together.
